We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the App.

GoPilates offers a Premium subscription that unlocks access to all of the App’s features:

Free trial: The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial. No payment is charged during this period. When the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the annual rate unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your platform account — your Apple Account (App Store) on iOS, or your Google account (Google Play) on Android.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store: on iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play > Subscriptions.

Displayed prices may vary depending on your country/region and are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance.

Before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health issues, injuries, or a particular medical condition, consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional.

Weight projections and results displayed in the App are indicative estimates based on your profile. Actual results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

The Service Provider disclaims all liability for any injury or harm resulting from improper use of the App or failure to follow the training instructions.

Any unauthorized copying or modification of the App, its components, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the App, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

You agree to use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes. In particular, you may not:

• Share your Premium access with other people
• Attempt to circumvent the App’s protection mechanisms
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
• Jailbreak or root your device, which may compromise the security and proper functioning of the App

Certain features of the App require an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any malfunction caused by the lack of a connection.

If you use the App outside your usual network, your mobile carrier may charge data fees, including international roaming charges. You are solely responsible for these charges.

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for loss of data or interruption of service due to external factors (a drained battery, network outage, etc.).

The App uses third-party services that have their own terms of use:

• RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management

The Service Provider relies on these partners to provide you with a quality service, but cannot be held liable for their independent practices.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the App or change its pricing at any time. Any significant change will be communicated to you in advance.

Updates may be released periodically to improve the App. We recommend installing available updates to benefit from the latest features and security fixes.

The Service Provider may decide to discontinue the App at any time, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you will end; (b) you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
